Description
Etant donné la disparition rapide des forêts naturelles et l’augmentation constante des besoins de la population en produits ligneux (surtout bois de feu et charbon), les plantations forestières prendront de plus en plus d’importance dans l’économie. Celles-ci étant dispersées, surtout dans le cas des plantations privées et communautaires, leur estimation est difficile. Cependant, à partir de quelques études, on peut obtenir des données valables. le tableau suivant présente une estimation établie en 1985.
